Submissions that contradict the legal requirements will be eliminated by the preliminary jury (e.g. pornographic, violent, racist, discriminatory or similar content). Submissions with content that could harm the personal rights of third parties will also be eliminated. Submissions that promote companies, their products or services (company advertising) will also not be considered.

With the upload of the submission participants assure that they have all rights to the submitted texts, photos, videos, sound recordings etc. and have the unrestricted publication-rights.

If one person or more people are clearly shown in a photo/video, they must agree to the image being published.

The organizer of the competition can exclude submissions from the competition at any time if the submissions violate the conditions of participation.

There is no right concerning publication.

The submitters grant Austropapier unrestricted usage rights concerning time and content as part of the activities of "Papier macht Schule". The submissions can be used online (website), on social media channels, in radio and television reports; the photos can be printed in print media (e.g. newspapers).

The organizer of the competition is not obliged to check the submissions regarding the data they provide.

Liability

The participants are obliged to release the competition organizers from all third-party claims.

The data submitted will be used by Austropapier & proHolz Steiermark (project management) exclusively for communication within the context of the competition and as part of the "Papier-macht-Schule"-activities. They will not be passed to third parties.

There can be no compensation for participation in the competition. The organizer has the right to cancel the competiton in whole or in part at any time, to end it prematurely or to change its course.

Legal recourse is excluded.
